Abstract

Abstract— The transportation sector has an impact on several aspects of the quality of human life. The lack of parking facilities in an area will result in new parking activities, vehicles going in and out of the side of the road, pedestrians and slow vehicles. The increase in the speed of road activity has a negative impact on road performance due to the lack of area development and management of the area around Jalan Panumbangan Ciamis causing unplanned activities resulting in traffic jams and resulting side barriers. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of side friction and its effect on the performance of Jalan Panumbangan. The method used is the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method, a descriptive research type that is identifying real solutions to problems based on data. The results of the analysis showed that the highest traffic volume was obtained on Thursday, 28 July 2022 at 1924.9 cur/hour, the free flow speed was 40.86 km/hour, the base capacity was 2169 cur/hour, the highest side barriers were at 10.00 – 11.00 WIB 502 event weights. These obstacles originate from roadside activities, shops, the presence of parking vehicles and vehicles going in and out on the side of the road which are included in the class of high side barriers (T). The degree of saturation is 0.887 including the level of road service (category E). Keywords — Side Friction, PKJI 2014. Abstrak— Sektor transportasi berdampak pada beberapa aspek kualitas hidup manusia. Minimnya fasilitas parkiran pada suatu kawasan yang akan mengakibatkan aktivitas parkir baru, kendaraan keluar masuk dari sisi jalan, pejalan kaki dan kendaraan lambat. Peningkatan kecepatan aktivitas jalan berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja jalan dikarnakan kurangnya pengembangan kawasan dan pengelolaan terhadap kawasan disekitar Jalan Panumbangan Ciamis menyebabkan kegiatan yang tidak terencana sehingga terjadi kemacetan lalu lintas dan menghasilkan hambatan samping. Tujuan dari studi ini untuk mengetahui tingkat hambatan samping dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja Jalan Panumbangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014, jenis penelitian deskriptif yaitu mengidentifikasikan solusi nyata untuk masalah berdasarkan data. Hasil analisa diperoleh volume lalu lintas tertinggi didapat pada hari Kamis, 28 Juli 2022 sebesar 1924,9 skr/jam, kecepatan arus bebas sebesar 40,86 km/jam, kapasitas dasar sebesar 2169 skr/jam, hambatan samping tertinggi pukul 10.00 – 11.00 WIB sebesar 502 bobot kejadian. Hambatan tersebut bersumber dari adanya aktivitas sisi jalan, pertokoan, adanya kendaraan parkir dan kendaraan keluar masuk pada sisi jalan yang termasuk kedalam kelas hambatan samping tinggi (T). Derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,887 termasuk tingkat pelayanan jalan (kategori E). Kata kunci —  Hambatan Samping, PKJI 2014.

Abstract

Abstract— Indonesia is one of the countries with mobility activities that cannot be separated from motorized vehicles. Starting from public transportation to private transportation. Based on vehicle data per island published by the page korlantas.polri.go.id, total vehicle ownership in Indonesia is 149,707,859 units. Java Island contributed the most with the number of motorized vehicle ownership of 89,660,579 units. As in the Pagendingan-Cisayong Road Section, road damage was caused by overload which was dominated by motorized vehicles as many as 7299 units, then heavy vehicles as many as 1156 units and light vehicles as many as 1186 units. To provide good service to road users, of course, the quality of the road surface must be maintained properly. The Bina Marga method is a method for assessing the condition of road pavement by means of a visual survey of the condition of the road pavement. This method reviews the volume of traffic and the type of damage that occurs to the pavement. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of damage and the maintenance program using the 1990 Highways Method. The data collected is direct data in the field by measuring the road to determine the length and width of the road in each segment and carrying out surveys to obtain LHR data and damage data. Street. Based on the results of the analysis obtained 5 types of damage with each percentage of damage. For the handling program it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance. Keywords — Road Damage, 1990 Bina Marga Method, Repair Handling Program. Abstrak— Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara dengan aktivitas mobilitas yang tidak bisa terlepas dari kendaraan bermotor. Mulai dari kendaraan umum hingga transportasi pribadi. Berdasarkan data kendaraan per pulau yang diterbitkan oleh laman korlantas.polri.go.id total kepemilikan kendaraan di Indonesia adalah 149.707.859 unit. Pulau jawa menjadi penyumbang angka terbanyak dengan jumlah kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor sebanyak 89.660.579 unit. Seperti di Ruas Jalan Pagendingan-Cisayong ini terjadinya kerusakan jalan diakibatkan oleh beban berlebih yang didominasi oleh kendaraan bermotor sebanyak 7299 unit, kemudian kendaraan berat sebanyak 1156 unit dan kendaraan ringan sebanyak 1186 unit. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pengguna jalan tentunya kualitas permukaan jalan harus dijaga dengan baik. Metode Bina Marga adalah metode penilaian kondisi perkerasan jalan dengan cara survei visual terhadap kondisi perkerasan jalan, metode ini meninjau volume lalu lintas serta jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada perkerasan jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan serta program pemeliharaan menggunakan Metode Bina Marga 1990. Data yang diambil merupakan data langsung di lapangan dengan melakukan pengukuran jalan untuk mengetahui panjang dan lebar jalan pada setiap segmen dan melaksanakan survei untuk mendapatkan data LHR dan data kerusakan jalan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh 5 jenis kerusakan dengan masing-masing persentase kerusakan. Untuk program penanganannya perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan rutin. Abstract

Abstract—Concrete is the most widely consumed building material product besides water. More environmentally friendly concrete (green concrete) is defined as concrete that at least uses waste materials as one of its components, or its production does not cause environmental damage. In rigid pavements the strength against traffic loads is expressed by the flexural tensile strength of the concrete. If reinforcement is used, it is for crack control only and not for traffic loading. Rubber sole waste is used as a substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete mixtures. This research was conducted to determine the effect of the addition of rubber sole waste on the flexural strength of concrete. The test specimens were in the form of blocks with dimensions of 15 x 15 x 60 cm with variations in the addition of rubber sole waste of 0%, 4%, 8% and 12% of the volume of coarse aggregate. The design concrete quality is 25 MPa with flexure tests at the ages of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. The results of the study at 28 days of concrete flexural strength showed that a mixture with a percentage of rubber sole waste 4% of coarse aggregate produced a flexural strength value of 5.44 MPa 6.88% higher than normal concrete which produced a flexural strength value of 5.09 MPa. While the percentage of 8% and 12% experienced a decrease in flexural strength compared to normal concrete which resulted in flexural strength values of 4.71 MPa and 4.18 MPa. Substitution of rubber sole waste in the concrete mixture of 4% by weight of coarse aggregate can increase the value of the flexural strength of concrete and is a mixture that produces optimal strength in concrete. Keywords — Concrete, Flexural Strength, Rubber Sole Waste. Abstrak—Beton merupakan produk bahan bangunan yang paling banyak dikonsumsi selain air. Beton yang lebih ramah lingkungan (green concrete) didefinisikan sebagai beton yang setidaknya menggunakan bahan limbah sebagai salah satu komponennya, atau produksinya tidak menyebabkan kerusakan lingkungan. Dalam perkerasan kaku kekuatan terhadap beban lalu lintas dinyatakan dengan kuat tarik lentur dari beton. Jika penulangan digunakan, penulangan hanya untuk mengontrol retak dan bukan untuk memikul beban lalu lintas. Limbah karet sol digunakan untuk substitusi agregat kasar pada campuran beton. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan limbah karet sol terhadap kuat lentur beton. Benda uji berupa balok dengan dimensi 15 x 15 x 60 cm dengan variasi penambahan limbah karet sol sebesar 0%, 4%, 8% dan 12% dari volume agregat kasar. Mutu beton rencana yaitu 25 Mpa dengan uji lentur pada umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 hari. Hasil penelitian pada umur 28 hari, kuat lentur beton menunjukkan bahwa campuran dengan persentase limbah karet sol 4% dari agregat kasar menghasilkan nilai kuat lentur 5,44 Mpa lebih tinggi 6,88% dibandingkan dengan beton normal yang menghasilkan nilai kuat lentur 5,09 Mpa. Sedangkan presentase 8% dan 12% mengalami penurunan kuat lentur dibandingkan dengan beton normal, yang menghasilkan nilai kuat lentur 4,71 Mpa dan 4,18 Mpa. Substitusi limbah karet sol pada campuran beton sebesar 4% dari berat agregat kasar dapat meningkatkan nilai kuat lentur beton dan merupakan campuran yang menghasilkan kekuatan optimal pada beton.
